By having Macbeth win even though the odds weren't in his favor it shows us that Macbeth is a force to be reckoned with and he creates his own opportunity. MacBeth fights like a ruthless man. he didnt just kill his enemy. he murdered him and made an example out of him. not only did he cut open his entire upper body, but he cut his head off and stuck it on a pike.
